The BT400 G5 Bluetooth Headset is compliant to the mobile phones that support Bluetooth Headset or Hands-free profile, however, there are discrepancies in the operating procedures of the different mobile phones.
The below compatible list includes 3 functions that can be used while using the BT400 G5 Bluetooth Headset with those mobile phones. We will test aperiodically other unlisted Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones and update the compatible list.

*1 It is necessary to press and hold "Names" key of the mobile phone. After a short tone is heard, say the voice tag clearly to make a voice dialing.
*2 The outgoing ring can't be heard through the BT400 G5. On the contrary, the BT400 G5 will automatically answer once the receiver picks up the call.
*3 The outgoing ring can't be heard through the BT400 G5. Please press the power button of the BT400 G5 as soon as the phone screen displays "voice call" message.
*4 BT400 G5 supports Bluetooth Headset and Hands-Free profiles. Any Bluetooth mobile phone which supports either Headset or Hands-Free profile can work with BT400 G5. The operations will differ depends on mobile phone’s brand, firmware or software, please refer to your Bluetooth mobile phone user’s manual to acquire how to use it with a Bluetooth headset.
The mobile phones in the compatibility list are all tested and verified by Bluetake. The compatibility list is a periodically updated after Bluetake tested new mobile phone. As to those mobile phones which are outside of the list, you can consult your mobile phone supplier to make sure whether the mobile phone supports either Headset or Hands-Free profile.
