.........The item comes packaged in enough cardboard to protect it from being dropped off the Eiffel tower, its pre-cut card squares with the outline missing so it sits in the package neatly and it really does without any joking keep it safe. When you finally release it from its binding you're faced with a USB plug and about an inch long piece of white plastic, this is the business end and its got some LED's moulded into it.......... |

.........All I can say is, "WOW, the BlueSoleil driver ROCKS!" While I have been a big fan of Bluetooth for a couple of years now, I still struggle with setting it up sometimes, and I don't feel that most experiences are very good for the average consumer or new Bluetooth user. The IVT BlueSoleil driver changed all that for me and made setting up and using Bluetooth very easy. The driver adds every profile that I have ever seen and more.......... |

.......First this has to be the smallest Bluetooth USB adapter I have ever seen. IT is very tiny, compared with devices from other manufacturers – and even when compared to other Bluetake adapters. It measures only 47 x 19 x 10 mm, and weighs a mere 10g, making it an almost perfect fit for laptop use. It still sticks out of the body of a laptop but not as much as other devices..........The adapter itself does not require too much power, and it seems to work well even over a USB HUB – in my case I had it plugged into a Dell USB keyboard......... |

.......The Bluetake hardware and IVT software is, collectively, the best Bluetooth implementation I have seen. The breadth of Bluetooth profile support and the depth of multiple services in the same profile make this the Bluetooth implementation to meet or beat. Couple that with the easy installation and the competition really has their work cut out for them......... |

.......Bluetake's BT007Si is a well designed updated Bluetooth adapter with a lethal combination of tiny physical size and huge profile support. For the most part, it handled all the various Bluetooth tasks really well. Though it does support A2DP, the nature of the profile discourages the use or pairing of any other Bluetooth device when an A2DP device is in use....... |
