The i-PHONO PLUS BT420Rx Bluetooth Stereo Headphone is compliant to the mobile phones that support Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Headset profile (HSP) and Hands-free profile (HFP), however, there are discrepancies in the operating procedures of the different mobile phones.
The below compatible list includes 3 tested functions that can be used while using the i-PHONO PLUS Bluetooth Stereo Headphone with those mobile phones. We will test aperiodically other unlisted Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones and update the compatible list.

When listening music and phone calls coming, you may not hearing the incoming ring tone from the headphone.

The mobile phone models may not release the Bluetooth connection automatically will cause the headphone to fail to switch the connection from the HSP / HFP (mobile phone) to the A2DP (music player).

When the phone calls coming, you may not pick up the phone call by pressing the "Talk / Pairing" button. Please click the mobile phone's pick up button for answering the phone.
