BLUETAKE, the principal company designs and manufactures the end products with Bluetooth® wireless technology, unveiled a new exciting appliance of the novel product, i-PHONO Bluetooth® Hi-Fi Sports Headphone Kit (P/N: BT420 EX). The product represents an integration of the wireless stereo applications and the mobile communications based on the Bluetooth® wireless technology. Besides the innovative functions and the remarkable design, the product also features on its changeable color plates that enable the users to choose their favorite color to wear.

BLUETAKE opens a color plate painting competition in the digital design format for i-PHONO Bluetooth Hi-Fi Sports Headphone. The event "i-PHONO Painting Competition 2004" runs form 1 Nov. 2004 to 1 Dec. 2004 .

FREE TO ENTER EACH COMPETITION AREA
You can decide to enter the American, European or Asian competition area. Besides, there is no charge to submit your entry to BLUETAKE.

BLUETAKE and its partners will elect 3 winners in each competition area.
Each winner will be awarded the below prizes:

Methods:
1. Download the registration form (optional formats: DOC and RTF )
2. Download the drawing template of color plates (optional formats: EPS, PSD, PICT and JPEG)
3. Paint on the wire-framed picture of drawing template.
(Whether the entry is made manually or made by computer drawing application, it must be finished and delivered in the designate computer file (JPEG) and image size. The used drawing tools and computer drawing applications are unlimited.)
4. Submit the finished entry with the filled out registration form to event@bluetake.com.tw before the deadline.

Preparation of the entry image:
1. High resolution 300dpi JPEG file (high quality compressed), Size: 18 x12 cm (7.087x4.723 inches)
2. Entry's layout must be the same as the designate drawing template.
3. The designer's name and the design's title are essential to be clearly marked on the entry image.
4. The design's title must be named or translated in English.

ENTRY NOTICES

• You need to agree with all the rules and terms mentioned in this document.
• When you fill out the registration form, you must use your true name and contact information included shipping address, telephone number and available e-mail address, etc. Moreover, You need to specify the competition area that you want to enter. Each entry is available to submit once.
• You must send your entry with the registration form to event@bluetake.com.tw within 1 December 2004.
• The entry and registration file that are broken, incorrect format or computer virus infected will lose the qualification for the competition.
• The prizes may be levied taxes by your government, and BLUETAKE won't bear the taxes.
• BLUETAKE will ship the prizes by EMS (Express Mail Services). Once the prize is shipped out, the receipts of shipments will be sent to the prize winners by e-mail.
• BLUETAKE won't make up for the winner if the prizes won't arrive to the prize winners because natural forces, accidents, customs seizures, postal misses and writing errors of shipping information.

LEGAL THINGS

• The material supplied can be used by BLUETAKE for the i-PHONO Painting Competition exhibition which may include use of designer's names and or images for promotion of same including the i-PHONO Painting Competition exhibition and relative publications.
• Requests by 3rd parties wanting to use i-PHONO Painting Competition images must obtain in writing permission from BLUETAKE.
• The material supplied can be used by BLUETAKE for BLUETAKE attended physical exhibitions such as CeBIT, Computex Taipei, CES, Macworld Conference & Expo, etc.
• BLUETAKE has the right to change without notice the i-PHONO Painting Competition format; BLUETAKE will notify all parties of any change to the i-PHONO Painting Competition format within 24 hours of that change.
• BLUETAKE can provide individual representation to 3rd parties making, assisting or sponsoring the i-PHONO Painting Competition exhibition and relative publications.
• Interest relating to the selling or reproducing of an i-PHONO Painting Competition art work will be done by mutual agreement between BLUETAKE and the designer.

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR
BLUETAKE reserves the right to:

• If for any reason believes a designer's conduct in word or action to be detrimental or unlawful in any way, BLUETAKE will have the right to remove the artist's material immediately or take such action needed to resolve the situation. BLUETAKE will notify the designer of any such action taken against them within 24 hours of that action taking place.
• BLUETAKE can change the i-PHONO Painting Competition format but will notify all designers relating to that change.
